Love Bangarang as much as us? Well guess what, not only is Bangarang AMAZING (we may be slightly biased) on it's own, but you can also use it in just any mixed drink recipe where you'd usually use club soda. Here are 4 Bangarang-Infused Cocktail Recipes (you're very welcome)
#1. Bangarang'ed Paloma
A Paloma is a mega-refreshing cocktail made with tequila or mezcal, fresh lime juice, grapefruit juice, and club soda (sort of tastes like a grapefruit margarita) - for these we've used a Pink Lemonade Bangarang in place of regular club soda.
What you'll need:
- 1 cup of tequila
- 4oz simple syrup
- 1 can of Bangarang Pink Lemonade Hard Seltzer
- 1/2 cup of lime juice
- 1/2 cup grapefruit juice plus grapefruit slices for garnish
- Ice
How to make it:
Follow this classic Paolma recipe (remember to switch out Club Soda for your Bangarang) and voila - your very own Bangarang'ed Paloma!
#2. Bangarang'ed Sangria
Who on Earth doesn't love a fresh glass of Sangria (I'll wait...)? Well what could make Sangria even better? Bagarang, duh! For this version I again instead of club soda I used a can of Bangarang Blue Raspberry Hard Seltzer and I stuck to fresh raspberries, but the best part about sangria is that you can basically customize it 1,000,000 ways with whatever flavours/fruits you like best.
What you'll need:
- 1 bottle dry white white (like Pinot Grigio)
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 can of Bangarang Blue Raspberry Hard Seltzer
- Raspberries, to taste
- 1/2 cup orange liqueur (like Triple-Sec, brandy, or Cointreau)
- Ice
How to make it:
Follow this Food Network recipe (remember to switch out Club Soda for your Bangarang) and POOF - your very own Bangarang'ed Sangria!
#3. Bangarang'ed Spicy Margarita
Raise your hand if you love a Spicy Margarita? Ah, just as I suspected, 99.9% of your hands are up - but how did I make my beloved "Spicy M" even better? Bangarang, of course - I added roughly 3/4 can of Bangarang Lemon Lime Hard Seltzer to the tequila and juice mixture.
What you'll need:
- 1 large jalapeño
- 1 cup tequila
- 1/2 cup triple sec
- Juice from 4 limes
- Juice from 2 lemons
- 1 can of Bangarang Lemon Lime Hard Seltzer
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt
- Ice
How to make it:
To Bangarang your Margarita use this Ina Garten recipe as a reference. Note: If you've got the time (or just love to plan ahead), Ina says to "infuse your tequila with jalapeños overnight", but if you're in a hurry (or are very thirsty), you can make spicy margaritas by shaking the tequila with sliced jalapeño and then straining it into a glass. Follow the steps carefully and ALAKAZAM - your Bangarang'ed Spicy Margarita!
#4. Bangarang'ed Berry Bourban Smash
Ready to SMASH this Bangarang-Infused Bourbon Smash (DAD JOKE ALERT)? To Bangarang'ize the drink I muddled the berries at the bottom of the glass, then mixed together the bourbon, lime juice, simple syrup, and the MOST IMPORTANT INGREDIENT OF ALL TIME: a Bangarang Blue Raspberry Hard Seltzer.
What you'll need:
- 1 cup bourbon
- Juice from one line
- 1 can of Bangarang Blue Raspberry Hard Seltzer
- 1 oz simple syrup
- Mint to taste
- Blueberries and blackberries to taste
